Part of the TAASA Mission statement is to employ and empower the members of our local community. TAASA is located in the Loliando region of Tanzania near the remote Maasai Village of Ololosokwan. As a company 70% of our staff are hired from this local village. We aim to give the residents of Ololosokwan and the surrounding area the education, empowerment and resources to live the healthiest and happiest lives possible while respecting their unique and beautiful culture. We have partnered with the village leaders to compile a list of the most important projects for the village!
